Our Founder

Camilo López Delgado is the Founder of Arandu Strategies. Operating at the intersection of institutional relations, corporate strategy, and public affairs, he has spent over a decade working alongside international delegations, multilateral organizations, and cross-sector partners on complex global challenges.


Mr. López Delgado has a proven track record in high-level institutional research, strategic communications, and management. He served as the Assistant Director at the Empirical Studies of Conflict Project at Princeton University and worked as a research analyst at New York University’s Center on International Cooperation. His extensive background within the multilateral space also includes working alongside the United Nations delegations of Paraguay, Afghanistan, and the European Union, as well as serving as a Government Relations Consultant for the United Nations Global Compact and a Consultant for the UN Foundation. Across these diverse engagements, his portfolio has focused on press affairs, sustainable development, corporate sustainability frameworks, risk analysis, and international peace and security.


As a political analyst, Mr. López Delgado regularly contributes foreign policy and geopolitical commentary to Paraguayan television networks. His initiatives on the ground include designing and leading a project focused on electoral information transparency, alongside active support for international humanitarian efforts.


Mr. López Delgado holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Cultural Anthropology from Arcadia University. He is currently a PhD candidate in Public and Urban Policy at The New School in New York, where his research focuses on institutional governance. Reflecting his long-term engagement with institutional leadership, he previously served as a member of the Arcadia University Board of Trustees.
